  A colourful and spicy condiment that is brimming with the flavours of ripe tomatoes and fragrant basil is fresh tomato basil salsa. It's a delicious combination of diced tomatoes, chopped basil, garlic, lime juice, and a tiny bit of olive oil, ideal for giving your dishes a light twist.   Ingredients:   10 Roma tomatoes (Regular Romas in the grocery are about 3.5 ounces each).
